MyExpenses setup checks

MyExpenses setup checks

Once your site is setup to your specification, we recommend you input some test data, to ensure you are happy with the setup. When you have finished testing, we will clear down any data.

To test the setup meets your requirements arrange for 1 – 4 other people to login and enter a claim. You will need some claimants, linked to at least 1 manager and an admin user for the final authorisation and to produce a finance batch.

If you are solely responsible for the testing you can use the delegate function on the Welcome screen to change claimant for testing purposes.

The links below will point out key areas for checking data, interfaces and credit card uploads.

Creating a test claim

Checking the data loaded into your MyExpenses site

Check claim authorisation and workflow rules

Importing a business card statement for testing

Generating a finance or BACS interface file for testing
