Entering your bank details

If you are logging in for the first time and bank details are required you will see a red banner at the top of the Welcome screen requesting you enter your details. Use the link at the end of the message to go to the correct screen.

If you need to amend your bank details at a later stage go to “User Profile” from the home screen. You can find this at the top of the screen where the dark blue navigation bar is located and clicking on the button shown below.

Scroll down the User profile page, to find the Bank Details section.

To amend existing bank details, please click on the pencil icon next to the account.

To add new bank details, click on Add a bank account.

Select the bank name from the drop down box and enter the name on the account, sort code and account number into the fields available.

Click on Save.

Once saved, the details will be stored securely. The sort code and account number are stored in the database using SHA version 512 encryption and can only be seen by the intended user.
