Changing Claim Country and Currency

When entering a claim line, check that the country of purchase is correct, from the information on your receipt.

Use the drop down option, or the search feature to find the correct country.

When you change the country of purchase, this will automatically update the currency for your claim to the currency native to that country, and apply the correct rate of VAT.

Different Currency to Country of Purchase

Sometimes the currency is different to the country of purchase (e.g. this can be the case for internet purchases).

In this case, be sure to check that the currency of your claim is correct.

Click on the magnifying glass by the currency next to the Total amount box, and search for the correct currency.
